Does the library have study rooms available?

Answer

Both Bethlehem and Pocono (formerly Monroe) libraries have study rooms available for student use.

The rooms are best suited for small groups and individuals. All rooms come equipped with whiteboards. Bethlehem rooms also include a computer, and some include TV monitors which can be used for practicing presentations.

Reserving and Checking Out a Study Room

Reservations for study rooms are encouraged. To make a reservation at Bethlehem, visit or call the Circulation Desk at (610) 861-5360. To reserve a study room at Pocono, visit or call the Information Desk at (570) 369-1810.

Rooms can be reserved for up to two hours at a time, with the option to extend the reservation unless someone else is waiting for a room.

Whether you have a reservation or not, be sure to check-out the room with your NCC ID at the Circulation and Information desks before using a room. You'll be given dry-erase markers and supplies to use at that time as well.
