Some NCC courses require special course materials whose cost has been included in your tuition for that course, which may lead to a book fee on your tuition bill. 

This book fee is not the same as a library fine or fee. Library fees are unpaid replacement costs that returning students may have on their account if they borrowed library items but did not return them in a previous semester or session. 

The College Bookstore or your instructor or professor may be able to answer questions about accessing these types of course materials.
