There is a book fee on my tuition bill. What is this?

Answer

Some NCC courses require special course materials whose cost has been included in your tuition for that course, which may lead to a book fee on your tuition bill.

This book fee is not the same as a library fine or fee. Library fees are unpaid replacement costs that returning students may have on their account if they borrowed library items but did not return them in a previous semester or session.

The College Bookstore or your instructor or professor may be able to answer questions about accessing these types of course materials. The college Bursar's Office can assist you with questions about tuition and book fees. You might also find additional help information using the college's Course Technology Help Tool.
